The Zoning Board of Adjustment is an appointed, quasi-judicial body that hears and decides appeals, variances, and requests for interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance as authorized by G.S. 153A-345. The board consists of five (5) members and two (2) alternates that are appointed by the Pender County Board of Commissioners.
