The candidate filing period for the 2010 Primary Elections will open on Monday, February 8, 2010 at noon and will end on Friday February 26, 2010 at noon. Filing for all offices will take place at the Pender County Board of Elections office located at 807 S. Walker St, Burgaw NC 28425. The Primary Elections will be conducted on May 4, 2010. Primary date is subject to be changed by the North Carolina General Assembly.
