Addendum 1 provides the Extension of the Deadline, Questions and Answers and Appendices A, B, C and D. Please note the changes in insurance requirements. Also note that electronic submissions will be accepted and there will not be a public opening.
If you have submitted a proposal prior to reviewing the Addendum, you are encouraged to retract your submission and re-submit. All proposers are expected to consider all Addenda in their proposals.

Pender County is seeking letters of proposal from North Carolina licensed providers experienced with jail health care services. Services will need to be provided to accommodate our 92 bed jail with an average daily population of around 67 and coverage for 16 hours per day on the weekdays and 12 hours per day on the weekends. The required start date for this contract will be on or before December 1, 2022. A high level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills are required. Pender County reserves the right to waive minor defects and to reject any/all proposals.
