COVID-19 Vaccine Update

Pender County Health Department is now offering the following COVID vaccines:

  • Moderna (Age 18 and older)
  • Pfizer (Age 12 and older)
  • Johnson & Johnson (Age 18 and older)

Vaccinations are offered at two locations:

Health Department (803 S. Walker St, Burgaw, NC, 28425)

  • Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Annex Building (15060 US-17, Hampstead, NC, 28443)

  • Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Closed for Lunch 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)

 

PLEASE BRING YOUR COVID-19 VACCINATION CARD TO YOUR 2ND APPOINTMENT

 

*PLEASE NOTE*

You cannot receive the COVID-19 vaccine if:

  • You are currently isolated and have not recovered from COVID-19
  • You have received a vaccine of any kind in the last 14 days
  • You have pending test results due to an exposure
  • You have received convalescent therapy for COVID-19 in the last 90 days
