The Pender County Board of Commissioners is inviting residents to share their input on the hiring of the next County Manager through an online public survey.
The survey asks respondents to identify the qualifications, skills and priorities they believe are most important in the next County Manager, as well as key challenges facing Pender County. All responses are anonymous and will be compiled by Developmental Associates, the consulting group managing the search and hiring process.
The anonymous survey is now open and will close Friday, Aug. 16, 2025.
Residents without internet access can use free Wi-Fi at all Pender County library branches, and the survey can be completed on a mobile phone.
