Falls Mist Gardens Wastewater Treatment and Disposal

Sealed Bids are requested for the delivery of a premanufactured 100,000 gallon per day Kubota Membrane Bioreactor, MBR, skid mounted wastewater treatment plant, three large drain fields, access road construction and offsite utility connections.  Bids will be received by the Owner, Rocky Point Properties, LLC at Pender County Public Meeting Room, 805 South Walker Street, Burgaw, NC until 3:00 PM (Local Time) on November  20th, 2025 and publicly opened and read aloud.  A mandatory pre-bid meeting with the owner, engineering firm and Pender County will be held at 10:00 AM on November 6, 2025 at the Pender County Public Meeting Room, located at 805 South Walker Street, Burgaw, NC.

Bid Documents cannot be emailed, but are available on CD in PDF format for $50.00, including overnight shipping. Printed Bid Documents may be obtained in-person or via mail for $150.00 per set plus $50 if shipping is requested.  The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and any part of a bid and to waive informalities and technicalities in the bidding procedure.  Small, under-utilized, minority, or women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit Bids.
