Country Court Apartments is a small, 8-unit complex located in Currie, North Carolina. The units are all three-bedroom, family units. Families must be eligible based both on income and household composition.
The Waiting List for Country Court Apartments is open. Applications are available on this website and at the Pender County Housing Department office between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excepting days when the County Offices are closed. Applications must be complete when submitted, including all required documentation for household members. An application fee for each adult household member is required at the time a family reaches the top of the Waiting List to cover the cost of a credit and criminal background check. The fee is currently $20 per adult household member.
The Security Deposit for Country Court is currently $300. Electric utilities are provided by Four County Electric Membership Cooperative.
