SDP 2020-152- Tractor’s Supply Addition

Onyx Creative, applicant on behalf of 1A Rocky Point LLC, owner is requesting the approval of a Major Site Development Plan for an addition/ alteration to the exterior and interior of the side lot of Tractors Supply. The subject property is approximately ± 3.47 acres in size. The proposed development is located at the corner of US Hwy 117, and Porters Lane Road in the Rocky Point. The January meeting of the Pender County Planning Board has been rescheduled from Tuesday, January 7th, to Wednesday, January 22nd. As was originally scheduled, this meeting with take place in the Hampstead Annex Auditorium and will begin at 7:00 PM. Please call (910) 259-1202 for more information.
